actually i am facing an issue that i am not able to open the jenkins i am facing error after installing 2 plugins green ball and maven can anybody help me to resolve this error
the greenball plugin is outdated and does nothing on newer Jenkins versions.
I have the impression that your Virus scanner interfered. Windows files can be completely locked and then can’t be written.
Maybe try to restart Jenkins.
thank you markus for your help but i am still not even able to restart the jenkins the error is occuring again and again
then check the file permissions. Is the user that you use to run Jenkins allowed to write there?
I checked twice it is having the required permissions to write
