How to configure http to https in oracle linux 8 release?

I am using jenkins-2.414.2 version in my oracle linux 8 vm. Can anyone help me the steps for configuring https from http.

Actually in my instance I can’t able to find jenkins.service inorder to restart the jenkins. In fact this service will be automatically installed in jenkins when we install it right?. However I can able to use jenkins.
Can you help me with this issue.
