Help! Changing Log Rotation in global build discarder always got revert to default

So I try to change the days to keep build and max % of builds to keep in my pipeline ( screenshoot 1) but after I change into the new one and then new trigger comes out it’s always getting into the default configuration. Anybody can help with that?

This setting can also be set at Pipeline level, are you sure you don’t set it there too?
