I’m Omar, a Computer Engineering student, and I just officially submitted my GSoC proposal for the “OpenTelemetry Integration for CI Jobs” project.
I’m a daily Linux user and I really want to dive deep into DevOps and observability this summer. I’ve already started reading up on the OpenTelemetry documentation, but I was wondering if there is a specific part of the ci.jenkins.io architecture, or a specific repository, that you would recommend I study first so I can hit the ground running?
