Emailext - recipientProviders - from upstream project

Hi all,

I have 2 pipeline jobs - A and B. A trigger B.
I am using the emailext plugin in B job with recipientProviders = culprits.
The commit is recognize in A (means - it is appear in the build page, in the commits link) , but B is not pulling the changes from SCM and not recognize the commit.
Is there a way to pass this data from A to B?
In the emailExt page, there is classes for upstreamDevelopers, but I want all the developers who committed changes from last successful A build.
Any Idea?

Maybe there is a way to get the mail addresses from the the method culprits()?
If so, I can pass this data to the B job.
