Bypass aske username and password and setup wizard not working on Ubuntu

I have ansible role for bypass required username and password and setup wizard,
This ansible role work on RPM base Linux but not working on DEB base Linux like Ubuntu.
Is any tip on Ubuntu for bypass by CasC?
