Suggestions on the alternatives of Master/Slave terminology

Hi All,

We have been using Jenkins in our organization from the past few years. The words master and slave have been widely used for decades in computing and other technical contexts, as a reference to situations where one process or entity controls another. In the beginning, we used master/slave terminology to name our nodes. But now we want to remove this terminology and looking for some terms which are being used more widely in the industry.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Master => Controller
Slave => Agent
