I did “Restart Safely” After restart all jobs folders are empty " This folder is empty"
In the log.

Caused: java.io.IOException: Unable to read /var/lib/jenkins/jobs/DSC-DB-JOBS/jobs/XDB/jobs/Day7/config.xml

Are you using BlueOcean?
Which version of Jenkins are you using? What about the JDK version? On which OS?
How are you running Jenkins? With systemd, directly, with docker ?
