why each agent I did- is in launching status?
(I connected the agent in the all options I can…)

If you look at the Log for the agent it will tell you what is taking so long on launching.
You don’t have the disconnect option because it is still launching.

Looks like a mix of windows and mac pathnames. Ensure that mac-nodes are correctly configured.

As bpedersen2 commented - check path on nodes, maybe you are trying to use the path on windows on your mac node.
Maybe
- Check if MacOS node is connected to jenkins controller node.
- Use
agent { label '<label of your MacOS node>' }
in your jenkins pipeline to get the stage to execute on that node.
