Hi all . . . .
I’ve been taking the crash course in Jenkins for the last few weeks. Actually, I’m feeling fairly fluent in modern Jenkins but the problem is we have an ancient server we are trying to migrate work off of and I keep bumping into things that I suspect are age/version related but not sure. I need help with the latest one.
We have a Rundeck job using the Rundeck plugi-in that, on our old server, has a post-build action of type “Build Other Projects”. It ALSO has a post-build action of type “Build other projects (extended)”. I don’t have that type in my newer Jenkins instance. I don’t know if it comes from a plug-in or is just a desupported feature. If it is no longer supported, is there another way to configure jobs to behave similarly?
I’ve also noticed I no longer have "Console output (build log) parsing) as a post-build action either. Any advice appreciated.
