Jobs are not visible after the volume restoration

Need some help on this

I did volume restoration post that action I am unable to view the jobs in UI but the same is visible in server via cli /app/jenkins/jobs/

Did you restart Jenkins after restoring data?
What is the content in those folders? Are all the files there, e.g. config.xml, builds folders, …

yes i have restarted the service. i can see below under the job folder

Do you see anything in the logs, plugins that are not loaded. is there anything in the old data

From the screenshot I can see that you have plugins that failed to load. You must solve this first. This is most likely the cause for the jobs not loading.
