I have started jenkins server but it is not coming up and just getting below message on screen

Previous there are continues failures jobs on the server. is there any way to kill from backend and bring the server to online
Just to make sure I understand, you shutdown Jenkins and are now trying to bring it back up? Have you looked at the Jenkins logs to see if there is some issue during start up? My guess is that there is some plugin or something that needs an update that is causing issues, but without seeing the logs, that is just a guess. Look specifically for any exception stack dumps.
We definitely need logs.
What about a disk full?
