Hi
I am new to Jenkins. I have Clone the code and done env setting as requiered by jenkins contributer page jenkins/CONTRIBUTING.md at af424b5e64e89d9ec741e05363dcf6102adbfd62 · Bandagiswapnil/jenkins · GitHub

after executing the mvn -am -pl war,bom -Pquick-build clean install command
i am getting this error :

What version of Java are you using to build, what OS, what version of Maven, etc? Without more information it will be impossible to help.

I am using java and manen version are :

C:\Users\Swapnil>java -version
openjdk version “11” 2018-09-25
OpenJDK Runtime Environment 18.9 (build 11+28)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 18.9 (build 11+28, mixed mode)

C:\Users\Swapnil>mvn -version
Apache Maven 3.9.0 (9b58d2bad23a66be161c4664ef21ce219c2c8584)
Maven home: D:\OpenSource\software\apache-maven-3.9.0
Java version: 11, vendor: Oracle Corporation, runtime: D:\OpenSource\software\jdk-11
Default locale: en_IN, platform encoding: Cp1252
OS name: “windows 10”, version: “10.0”, arch: “amd64”, family: “windows”

Please let me know if i am missing any thing.

Try updating to a newer release of Java 11.

after updating to a newer release of java 11 still it’s giving same error .
