Jenkins doesn't restart after updating plugins

Hi,
My jenkins is running on docker.
When I update the plugin and tick the box for “restart after update”…
the plugins are downloaded and… jenkins is still not available. I have to shut down et restart the container…
I have the same trouble vith the option “Restartsafely” instead of ticking the box for “restart after update”…

Could you please tell me where is the problem ?

Maybe you need to add some additional arguments to the command line that starts the Docker container?
