Jenkins console output says - ERROR: file or directory not found: M

Hello,
I’m trying to run Jenkins jobs locally. I’m getting below error in console output.

Can i get some help to resolve this error? Thanks in advance.

The tests directory exists (since the cd did not fail) but the M file or directory that is expected by the program py.test is not in the tests directory when py.test runs.
