Jenkins Agent error | Windows Service

Hello!

I’m trying to use agents on Windows Server 2019. I’m deploying via “launch agent by connecting to the master” + JNLP/JAVA agent.

The windows service that is been created is on looping (Running, Starting, Running, Starting,…).

I don’t know what to do and I can’t find logs on this. Can someone help me? The Jenkins version is 2.289.3

can you share your service definition?

can you also try to run the agent from the commandline with the right parameters and see if it can connect to the controller at all?
