How to use Jenkin-cli.jar exactly?

Hi everybody,
there really is something hat i do not understand to use jenkins-cli.jar in command line.

I installed jenkins, downloaded jenkins-cli.jar, but i do not arrive to useit correctly… :

powabanga@ArchiPavilion Modèles]$ java -jar jenkins-cli.jar -s http://localhost:8090/ -webSocket help

I am on Archlinux, with jenkins-lts 2.319.1

How certain are you that the file is right?

Have you tried opening it? Or using the file command on it? I feel like you may have html not the jar file itself
