Hi potential GSoC Mentors,

As GSoC applicants are asking when they could expect proposal draft review to be complete, I plan to inform them this Thursday April 7, 5PM UTC, the review window will be closed to mentors. If you need additional time (beyond Thursday) to review pls let me know as soon as possible.
