[GCoC 2025 PROPOSAL] Backend code refactoring for Infra Statistics

Greeting Jenkins Community I’m Joseph James, a final year BSc Computer Science student at Lancaster University in the UK. I am extremely excited at the potential to contribute to the Jenkins community by refactoring the backend of the Jenkins Infra Stats inspector.
