Capturing events in Audit Log

Hi all,

I am trying to capture the below list of events in the audit logs. I tried the option of audit trail and still i am unable to capture these events with fine tuning. Can you please help me with the same?

  1. Starting and stopping of the audit functions
  2. Changing the permission or privileges
  3. System startup and shutdown functions
  4. Policy change status
  5. Authentication policy change
  6. Security state change status
