Hello,

I have a jenkins setup on VM(docker container).
Plugins - Manage Plugins - Available plugins i can not see anything there.

More context:

- My update site is set to [https://updates.jenkins.io/update-center.json](https://updates.jenkins.io/update-center.json) and it is also whitelisted on my firewall and i can curl it from my Jenkins Service

- Jenkins is deployed with docker container
- Also whenever I go to installed plugins or plugins i get a little error note in the left corner of the screen saying “There were errors checking the update sites: SocketException: Connection reset”

How can I resolve this problem?
