Also, for those just reaching Brussels, be aware that this week there have been several farmer protests using tractor blockades, which have caused significant traffic in the city:

- [The Brussels Times](https://www.brusselstimes.com/brussels/901359/farmers-protest-continues-majorly-disrupted-traffic-in-brussels-and-belgium-tomorrow) (from Wednesday)
- [The Brussels Times](https://www.brusselstimes.com/brussels-2/904244/some-1200-tractors-in-brussels-eu-quarter-closed-off-to-traffic-tbtb) (from Thursday)

It is unknown whether the protests will continue tomorrow, but this seems likely. The local authorities have been advising people to take the metro (which so far hasn’t been affected by the protests), as trams or taxis may be caught in traffic, so plan accordingly.

For the coding workshop at the end of the day, I have created the following spreadsheet to coordinate ideas and people:

> **[Contributor Summit 2024 - Breakout Coding Sessions](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1YGCqnfc0yEDV1JUQJjlDloufm5VRhIIfPR359_09dxk/edit)**
>
> Sheet1
>
> Topic,Lead,Participants
> usage-in-plugins applied
> Pipeline Graph View improvements
> Content Security Policy
> Improve a Plugin
> Java Platform support plan

The idea is to take advantage of our in-person time to do some pair programming and knowledge sharing. Feel free to add more topics to the list, and I will solicit more when we start the workshop.

If you want to teach something, add a topic and put yourself down as the lead. If you want to learn something, add a topic and put yourself down as a participant. Or both!
