when connecting with the jenkins agent, only about 400kb of traffic per hour occurred.
But on July 1st, about 175mb of traffic suddenly occurred. I didn’t set Build periodically.
What do jenkins agents do with node(slave) on the 1st of every month?

I’m not aware of the agent having any processes like that. Are you sure you didn’t have a job run on that agent?
