Have someone come across Jenkins linter pipeline validator with 404 error after upgrade whereas jenkins UI works fine.

I think the validate url is POST only. Can you tell us how you got there.
It’s possible that the older version didn’t reatrict it but newwrr versions do.

What version did you upgrade from?
What version are you running now (a recent one because of Jetty 10 I assume)?
What tool are you using to validate your Jenkins file? Something bundled with your IDE?
It worked after updating pipeline declarative plugin.
