Hello Jenkins Community and Mentors! 👋

My name is Kanhaiya Mehta, and I am an aspiring contributor for Google Summer of Code with the Jenkins project.

Over the past few weeks, I have been actively diving into Jenkins core internals, Stapler, label caching architecture, and form validation. Rather than waiting, I wanted to understand the codebase by solving real issues:

### Recent Contributions & PRs:

- **[PR #27457](https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/27457)**: _Fix quoted label atom and unquoted expression cache collision_
  - Resolved Issue #27452 by separating composite label expressions from the atom cache.
  - Added validation in `NodeDescriptor` to reject label expression operator characters (`&`, `|`, `!`, `(`, `)`) in node labels with full unit test coverage.

- **[PR #27448](https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/27448)**: _Display active system notice banner on login page_ (Issue #27230)
- **[PR #27428](https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/27428)**: _Canonicalize cached label expressions to share load statistics_ (Issue #27403)
