I dont want jenkins to kill the subprocesses of the build

Using Jenkins

I can get the subprocesses not killed by starting the jenkins.war with Dhudson.util.ProcessTree.disable=true.

I want to know how to do this change in the config files, if i have installled using jenkins.exe
