I’m trying to install a specific version of an older plugin from the groovy script console. I thought I could use this API call [UpdateCenter (Jenkins core 2.320 API)](https://javadoc.jenkins.io/hudson/model/UpdateCenter.html#getPlugin-java.lang.String-hudson.util.VersionNumber-)

But no matter what version I pass to `public UpdateSite.Plugin getPlugin(String artifactId, @CheckForNull VersionNumber minVersion)` it always returns the latest version.

So I went and looked at the code… and yup, it basically always returns the newest version [jenkins/UpdateCenter.java at 090779fb4e88f8105a1cde0e2eaca725e7b3966d · jenkinsci/jenkins · GitHub](https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/blob/090779fb4e88f8105a1cde0e2eaca725e7b3966d/core/src/main/java/hudson/model/UpdateCenter.java#L662-L673).

So is their an easy way to do this from script console? Should I file a bug issue in jira?
