Hi, I am trying to build a docker image in the freestyle project now. And I am **not using built-in node** , I am using Docker Agent `jenkins/agent:latest-bookworm-jdk17` instead.

My question is I can’t use Docker BuildKit in my freestyle project, even I have set `daemon.json` and `DOCKER_BUILDKIT=1` followed by [this documentation](https://docs.docker.com/build/buildkit/#getting-started).

Here is the Dockerfile I use
