Hi there! I’m Henry, a student full-stack developer based in Canada with extensive experience in **Next.js (SSG/SSR), React, TailwindCSS, Jenkins Pipeline CI/CD, and data visualization/manipulation through XLSX/JSON datasets, displayed using Recharts.js**. Here’s my socials for a bit of background:
It’s my first time wanting to apply to contribute for a GSoC contributor although I’ve worked with the skills that are required for this project at various internships in Ottawa, Canada including **Ericsson, House of Commons of Canada, Kinaxis** , etc.
Data visualization and dashboard work is an area I’ve been actively interested in growing into. The Plugin Modernizer Stats Visualization project sits in between using technologies I’m comfortable with, but also a potentially great learning experience with working with real structured datasets. The output is also genuinely useful - this isn’t a demo project; it’s a public tool the Jenkins community will rely on. That combination of technical growth and real-world impact is exactly what I look for.
In terms of open-source contributions besides beginning to explore issues in the Jenkins repos, I’m also involved in:
- Carleton Blueprint - Lead Full-Stack Developer building production nonprofit applications (React, Next.js, TypeScript, etc.)
- CampWiz NXT (Wikimedia) - actively contributing a Next.js to React component migration; PR in progress

Thanks for the welcome - happy to be here.
My point of interest was towards the Plugin Modernizer Stats Visualization, so I took some time to understand the codebase especially with the first repo. I’ll look around and try to take on some contributions now before I submit my proposal. Thanks again!
