# Getting error while creating jenkins slave node not able to connect

I am getting error while creating jenkins agent node as below error snap

tried the below strpe also but its not working…

Also no jar file created

not getting any ping response as well .

It appears that there is a network connectivity issue between the computer running the agent and the computer running the controller. There might also be a firewall enabled on the controller computer that is denying access to the agent computer.

Please paste the text of messages rather than pasting screenshots of messages. Screenshots of messages are more difficult for others to use and are more difficult for others to search.
