Hi - I need to explore getting a custom licensing agreement in place to use Jenkins.

Is this possible and who would I speak with regarding this?
Thanks in advance

You’ll need to provide more details about the problem you are trying to solve.

Do you want to require every user of your Jenkins controller to accept something before they do any other work?

Do you want to change the license of the Jenkins controller from MIT to some other license? The [project governance document](https://www.jenkins.io/project/governance/#license) says:

> The Jenkins project uses the [MIT License](https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT) as the primary license of choice, for the code that we develop. Unless otherwise stated, all the code is under the MIT license.

Do you want to establish contractual agreement or other legal terms between your organization and the Jenkins project?
