No, the agent is not in a VM in the main SO Windows.

La solucion a esto fue organizar el archivo xml de esta manera:
En el campo “arguments>” quedó de esta manera.
Dentro de jenkins este campo copie y lo pegue esta linea de comando a mi archivo xml.
Así quedo.
