Hello Jenkins Community,

I’m Subharthi, a senior majoring in Computer Science and Engineering. I’ve submitted a GSoC 2025 proposal for the [Plugin Modernizer Improvements](https://www.jenkins.io/projects/gsoc/2025/project-ideas/plugin-modernizer-improvements/) project. I’d love if any mentors could take a look and share their feedback — I’d really appreciate any reviews or suggestions!

Thanks in advance!
