# Appearance page not rendered completely

Hello,

I have just noticed this issues on our Jenkins. The appearance page does not seem to have rendered completely. I have Latest stable with all the latest plugins installed. Not sure since when it is like this. The screenshot is attached to this post. I have restarted my Jenkins to see if this goes away. Any idea what could be the issue here?

As these are the user appearance settings do you have by chance checked in the global appearance settings `Do not allow users to select a different theme`?

Thank you Markus. You are right. In the global appearance settings `Do not allow users to select a different theme` was checked. I unchecked it and now I can see the appearance settings in my user settings.

Thanks again for the clarification. I was confused about the two views.
