After updating the jenkins it’s throwing error

The [javadoc site](https://javadoc.jenkins.io/plugin/matrix-auth/hudson/security/GlobalMatrixAuthorizationStrategy.html) indicates that is a Java class in the [Matrix Authorization strategy plugin](https://plugins.jenkins.io/matrix-auth/). Check the log earlier to see if the plugin failed to load.
